President Obama’s polygamist half-brother in Kenya has married a 19-year-old teen bride who is more than 30 years his junior.
Malik Obama, 52, told a Kenya news station that the teenage girl quit school and wanted to get married. He appeared on video taken by a hidden camera, although he knew he was talking to journalists.
Malik Obama said on the video broadcast by NTV:
“She decided she doesn’t want to go back to school. She wants to get married now. She came here, and what am I supposed to do? So we are married.”
Sheila Anyango is now Malik Obama’s third wife, although he did not say when the wedding took place. Polygamy is legal in Kenya if it falls under religious or cultural traditions.
President Obama did not attend the nuptials.
Barack Obama’s father had at least six other children in his native Kenya. Kenyans have claimed the U.S. president as one of their own even though he was raised by his American mother and did not know his Kenyan father or relatives well.

How many hours before Fox News jumps on this? I don’t watch that channel but I wouldn’t be surprised if every show on Monday talked about this at length.
He sounds like a real dope.
It’s amazing to me that this guy and President Obama are related? It reminds me of Jimmy Carter and his beer-swilling, outdoor-pissing brother, Billy Carter.
Six wives? So, the Kenyans have much in common with the Mormons?
Personally, this is kinda’ gross. I mean, imagine if you had to share your spouse with five others?
Have you noticed it is always the man who has 6 wives and never the woman who has 6 husbands?
