Superbowl XLVI

Sunday, February 5, 2012

Today is Superbowl XLVI. An epic rematch of the New England Patriots and the New York Giants.

QB Tom Brady helped the Patriots achieve 10 straight wins since their November loss to Eli Manning and the Giants. But all eyes are on the Giants who come into the game with the wind at their backs, riding on the tails of a late-season sprint.

Manning has 39 regular season touchdowns to Brady’s 49. But the Giants claim to be inside Tom Brady’s head. He admits he “sucked” in the AFC Championship Game and he wasn’t sharp against the Giants in the regular season. But he’s an elite champion and ready for redemption for what was lost four years ago.

It’s fun to make predictions so here goes. A hard fought game but The New England Patriots by 10. A touchdown and a field goal.

Should be a great game. Love the picture. Hot man trail. I’m not sure about the 10 pts you predict. I think the Pats victory will be bigger. I’ll say 17. Two touchdowns and a field goal.

  2. TOM339 says:

Prognosticators much emphasis on TE Rob Gronkowski and his sprained ankle.

He’s had two weeks to rehab and he’s playing today but the question begs, how strong and effective will he be? Plus, CB Corey Webster could come out early from the hamstring injury.

The Giants are hungry to make a repeat of 2008. Let’s see what Manning can accomplish.

Well… with the Packers gone…. I am still a sore loser. TWO east coast teams that I despise. I will predict..”Commercials” 21 Giants 7 Pats 7

I don’t give a shit either way. I want to see what kind of show Madonna puts on for the masses.

  5. Joe in Colorado says:

This game is close. Brady looks off his game. Gronk’s injured ankle is a huge factor.

    Madonna was hot as always.

The game was kind of a dud, except for the last 2 minutes.

Thought the chevy commercial crossed the line.
