Rick Santorum: ‘I’ll die’ to stop same sex marriages

Saturday, October 22, 2011

Perennial presidential candidate Rick Santorum joined the growing pantheon of far right kooks this week when the former Pennsylvania senator said he would be willing to “die” to stop gay marriage.

Santorum said:

“The battle we’re engaged in right now is same sex marriage, ultimately that is the very foundation of our country, the family, what the family structure is going to look like. I’ll die on that hill.”

The sex-crazed Santorum went onto explain that sex between a man and a woman is “special,” and even birth control is “not OK.”

Santorum would have very little time to die on any hill as he and wife, Karen Garver Santorum, have seven children, suggesting the Republican spends most of his time engaging in coitus.

  1. Joe in Colorado says:

I wish Santorum would just die. He’s a bore with a Bible.

  2. Brigadoon says:

I’ve seen the enemy and his name is Rick Santorum.

  3. Balzafiar says:

I’ll just repeat here what I wrote on another site:

If Santorum is so willing to die for his cause, then he can choke to death on my dick.

  4. Rachel says:

Santorum is anti-marriage equality; anti-civil rights; anti-contraception; anti-woman, but pro-pregnancy; and pro-American military adventurism. Are you sure he isn’t from Texas? In any case, Iraq is a new theocracy. Maybe he should be running for president of Iraq because he sure as hell won’t be president of the USA. Have a great weekend everyone!

  5. In my view, Frothy Santorum should get his affairs in order and say good-bye to his wife and his children.

U.S. District Court Judge Joseph Tauro, who was appointed to the Federal bench in 1972, ruled in Gill v. Office of Personnel Management that Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act violates the equal protection of the laws guaranteed by the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

A companion decision in Massachusetts v. U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services also was issued, with Tauro finding that DOMA also violates the Tenth Amendment and the Spending Clause of the Constitution.

DOMA is on its last legs and once overturned, marriage equality will be legal in all 50 states.

  6. The Real Adam says:

    So die Rick.

The size of your carbon footprint made up of pure hatred and assholism is more than the country is willing to tolerate. Please, do us all a favor and jump. Preferably, from a 12 story building.

  7. Peace Nick says:

    ROFLMAO!

  8. R.J. says:

“Frothy Mix” can suck Dan Savage’s cock if Herman Cain won’t.

  9. Sayingwhatneedsaying says:

That’s good Rick, many people would like to see you dead!

  10. Jacob Woods says:

He will soon fall out of the closet.

  11. Scott Dancer says:

For years, Rick Santorum has expressed an obsession with “teh gays.”

I don’t understand it. Does he advocate locking all of us up and sending us to the gas chamber, a la, Auschwitz-Birkenau?

He has seven children and a wife. His focus should be on them. He might also see a psychiatrist to suss out what is at the center of his “gay” conflict.

  12. Eric Equality Kuntz says:

Santorum just doesn’t get it. If he laid down on rail road tracks and got run over by the 6:20 to Penn Station, outside his own family, no one would give a damn.

  13. ultragreen says:

He sounds dangerous. Perhaps Santorum should be sent to an insane asylum before he kills somebody!

  14. Joe says:

As a homosexual myself, I have no idea why members of our community would even want to get married. Of all the marriages I know of, more than half failed. I think marriage is way overrated.
