Lockerbie Bomber Well Enough to Attend Pro-Kadaffi Rally

Wednesday, July 27, 2011

As if he’s giving the victims Pan Am flight 103 a big “Fuck You”, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi, convicted for life in the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, made his first public appearance in nearly two years at a pro-Kadaffi rally in Tripoli.

Megrahi, 59, who allegedly has terminal cancer, was inexplicably released by a judge from a Scottish jail on compassionate grounds in August 2009. He is the only person convicted in the bombing of Pan Am flight 103, killing 270 people, mostly American citizens.

The Boeing 747 exploded in midair, breaking in several pieces before crashing onto the small Scottish village of Lockerbie below. The passenger manifest included many high school and college students from New York and New Jersey.

Television images showed Megrahi on Tuesday, sitting in a wheelchair, at a rally of his tribe in support of the embattled Kadaffi regime.

  1. Brigadoon says:

The judge who released this monster should be disbarred. What an appalling miscarriage of justice for the victims of Pan Am 103. I spit on the judge.

  2. Harry says:

    Two words: Boycott Scotland.

  3. retahyajyajav says:

I believe this al-Megrahi guy is a mass murderer and should not have been released. The judge in Scotland had his head up his ass releasing him and showed no compassion to the hundreds of victims of Pan Am 103. Like Brigadoon said, an appalling miscarriage of justice.

  4. The name of the Scottish Justice is Kenny MacAskill. Remember his name. He said of the release of Pan Am 103’s bomber:

“In Scotland, we are a people who pride ourselves on our humanity.”

Apparently, his “humanity” did not extend to the 270 passengers who died aboard flight 103. For this decision, may he rot in hell.

  5. DMason says:

If I live to 100 I will never comprehend why Scotland let this monster out of jail. Shocking and disgusting.

  6. Sayingwhatneedsaying says:

Where’s a CIA assassin when we need one?????

  7. Big Hank says:

Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi had best stay in Libya, under the protective eye of Qadaffi.

If he were to wander over to these here United States, he is likely to be greeted by a bullet, or a noose and then pulled apart by an angry mob. Scotland refused to carry out moral justice bu the American people aren’t as compassionate as this idiot, Scottish justice.

  8. Everyone who has read this stuff ought by now to know that Mr Magrahi (sic) had nothing to do with the Lockerbie atrocity and that it was carried out by the US and Iran working together to give Iran its one and one only revenge bombing for the deliberate shooting down of IR655, the Iranian Airbus on 3rd July 1988, a day of infamy in US history (such a day among many). The shoot down was conceived as a way of winding up Iran-Contra, intended to kill Ahmad Beladi Behbehani the agent in cotrol of the Iranian end of Iran Contra and get the repulsive and thoroughly unelectable HW Bush elected in the guise of a khaki election.

The original intention was to blame the PFLP GC, but that went wrong when Syria was needed as a silent ally in the 1st Gulf War and Syria protected the PFLP GC. So Libya drew the short straw and the CIA faked the evidence to convict Mr Magrahi.

It is so obvious. Now why doesn’t someone in the the US follow this analysis and strating convicting members of the CIA and ex Presidents.
