“This is not about the economy, this is not about jobs. This is about giving the richest Americans a tax break. I’m very disappointed. He’s out-Bushed Bush.” – Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-CA), on President Pootie Tang’s tax cut giveway

Obama has effectively managed to alienate just about everyone. So for me, the question becomes how can he win reelection as a Democrat? Will he make history and switch parties and run as a Republican, which he really is anyway, or will he continue on the ruse and keep up the Democrat-in-name-only theater? In either case, he’s toast. I don’t see a second Obama term. I hope there’s not a second Obama term.

I’ve commented on this before…. I don’t remember where. My comment was: Obushma got his brown color…. because he dropped out of Bush’s Ass! This now seems ever more rue………..

Obama is a profound disappointment. The American left was hungry in our collective souls for leadership after surviving two Bush terms, so I think we failed to do our homework.

    But we were warned.

The good news is, with Obama what we have is a third Bush term and the nation is more divided than ever. There is no way, no how, the electorate will reward this nitwit with reelection in 2012. Our challenge to to find a primary challenger who can run against his $750 billion campaign bank account. It will be difficult but not impossible.

I’m not disappointed. I’m angry and want Obama punished for lying to the voters and misrepresenting himself. Hopefully, his “friends across the aisle” will make it happen next spring. Obama isn’t as smart as everyone says. He thinks the incoming GOP House majority will work with him. Silly Barry. The incoming GOP House majority plans a political lynching.

  5. Estacada says:

I’m not disappointed either. But I find it hard to swallow to think Hillary’s nutty base had Obama figured out all along and I refused to listen to them.

What really ticks me off about Obama’s tax cut ponzi scheme is the Social Security FICA rate reduction for two years. The reduction will short the Social Security trust fund by $144 billion and our idiot president says he will just borrow the shortage to plug the hole. What happened to deficit reduction, Barry?

    This president is a clown.

  6. I hear you, Estacada.

With any luck, the Democrats will wise up and block this tax cut giveway to the richest Americans, paid for on the back of middle and working class Americans.

Bernie Sanders is proving to be the last, decent member of Congress and I salute his commitment to killing this terrible proposal.

New York Democrat Rep. Jerrold Nadler on Sunday said Republicans are behaving like “a bunch of gangsters” on taxes, accusing them of employing mob-like tactics to extort high-end tax cuts by threatening middle class tax relief.

“The Republican block is saying, like a bunch of gangsters, it’s a nice middle class tax cut – a pity something would happen to it.”

At least we know who Obama is working for.
