Love her or hate her but Minnesota Republican Rep. Michelle Bachmann always brings the crazy. She’s like the non-singing, non-dancing version of Paula Abdul only on crack and much scarier.
So, what kind of crazy has Michelle brought this time? The Washington Independent reports about a rather stunning interview Rep. Bachmann gave to the uber-conservative WorldNetDaily, in which Bachmann said she will run for president only if God tells her to run:
“If I felt that’s what the Lord was calling me to do, I would do it,” she answered. “When I have sensed that the Lord is calling me to do something, I’ve said yes to it. But I will not seek a higher office if God is not calling me to do it. That’s really my standard.
“If I am called to serve in that realm I would serve,” she concluded, “but if I am not called, I wouldn’t do it.
Just in case you think I’m joking, remember back in 2006, Michelle told the Twin Cities megachurch Living Word Christian Center she was “hot for Jesus” and God told her to run for Congress.

Be wary of people who say “God talks to me.”
It’s all fine and well to pray and talk to God but when God starts talking to you, giving you orders and instructions, it might be an indication you are suffering from delusions.
You know, most leaders of cults, as well as Adolph Hitler said they were instruments of God.
I pray God will tell Michelle Bachmann to STFU.

Does Michelle do her own make-up because she really looks lovelier than a dream princess in this picture. I wonder if she goes to church looking like this? Or, shopping at WalMart? This broad is a kook.
As soon as I read this, I wanted to call her office and leave a message impersonating God and tell her her work’s done in Washington and to go home.
It worked for the late Reggie White before he signed that contract with the Packers.

Your girl Bachmann is certifiable. She said God talks to to her. Like George Bush said God talked to him.
Whether or not you have faith isn’t the point. Billions of people have faith, pray, etc., but only a few say God told me to do this, or start a war or go into politics. Usually you find them in mental institutions. Is that where you’re typing from?
