The birther movement erupted within days after Obama was elected. That it has lasted this long, speaks to the amount of racism and fear, that the far right holds for the changes that will await them under a half black and half white man being POTUS. The whole thing makes as much sense, and is as intelligent as cutting off your arm because you had a hangnail that was bothering you. Its insane and a chapter straight out of the Twilight Zone.
