Florida Gov. Charlie Crist will announce Tuesday he will be running for the U.S. Senate, according to a source close to the governor, giving Republicans their most high-profile recruit of the 2010 election cycle.
Crist, a Republican, was recently outed in the documentary, Outrage, a movie by documentary filmmaker Kirby Dick about closeted politicians.
Gov. Charlie Crist supported a state bill banning gay marriage last year which also makes him a hypocrite.
.
I believe that closeted people have a right to representation. Just not in public.
.
Kirby Dick? LMAO! Perfect! 🙂
I like Crist and think he would do a better job than Martinez. I’m wondering why he wants to run though? He would do much better to run for a second term as Governor. As a Republican Senator he would be one of most likely 36 (OH, NH, MO, NC are all likely to flip and Dems will most likely lose 0 after all said and done). He would have no real power, in fact he would be very low of even the Republican leadership scale unless he pulls a Frist and gets McConnell out of leadership (please, God, please).
Interesting. So Charlie Crist is a gay man in private but professionally, supports antigay legislation that opposes gay marriage equality. There’s a word for a man like this: douchebag. Enjoy him, Florida. You deserve him.
On White Noise Insanity, Marie Osmond said that her gay daughter should get married.Maybe Glenn Beck can interview her. That’s not happening in this century.
I don’t like closet cases who lite the ovens and lead the faggots and dykes to their deaths in order to please Rush Limbaugh. Fuck, Crist.
