Mary Cheney, the lesbian daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, and who recently married her partner, Heather Poe, donated $2,500 to Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign.
This wouldn’t usually be news but Romney is on record saying he supports amending the United States Constitution to outlaw same-sex marriage in all 50 states.
As a resident of anti-gay Virginia, Mary and Heather had to cross the Potomac River to legally marry in Washington DC.
Mary Cheney is the very definition of a hypocrite.
