Polling Firm to Stop Asking Clinton Questions

National polling firm Rasmussen Reports announced on Friday that it will stop polling people about the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton because her opponent, Barack Obama, will win the Democratic nomination.
The company’s vice president of finance and operations, Michael Boniello, distributed an e-mail stating:
However, while Senator Clinton has remained close and competitive in every meaningful measure, she is a close second and the race is over. It has become clear that Barack Obama will be the Democratic nominee.
With this in mind, Rasmussen Reports will soon end our daily tracking of the Democratic race and focus exclusively on the general election competition between Republican John McCain and Democrat Barack Obama.

When the polling organizations begin to ignore the front runners in a presidential race, it’s the same as taking a terminal patient off life support. Hillary’s campaign is dead. It’s time for candidate herself to accept this fact and suspend her campaign.

I just love all of the little reminders that keep popping up in the news to signal Hillary that she is out of the race and the fact that she acts like a little girl with two fingers in her ears going “La, la, la, la, la, I can’t hear you!”

Evidently, everyone in the country knows her quest for the White House is over except Hillary. I’ve heard of being in denial before but Hillary’s behavior is bordering on the pathological. Someone on MSNBC said her campaign is in debt to the tune of $25 million and she has not more donor cash flowing in. It’s time to say, au revoir and go home.
